Add Contacts

Manually Add a New Contact to Infusionsoft

  1. Click Contacts from the left navigation

  1. Click Add a contact button located in the upper right corner.

  1. Simply enter the contact information and select their "Contact type", to learn more click here.

  1. Click the Save button or click Save & Add Another Person to refresh the form so you can add another contact.

Delete a Contact Record

  1. Check the box to the left of the contact record. You can check multiple boxes to delete multiple contacts at once.

  1. At the bottom of the you have:

a: The number of contacts that have a check box

b: Click Remove to delete the selected contacts from your database

This will permanently remove the contact record from Infusionsoft. Also, please note that you will need the appropriate granted to you by your administrator to delete a contact in Infusionsoft.
